SAFETY
- Fully ventilated plant.
- 1.5 and 1.2 Mtr parallel staircases upto the top.
- The plant is supported by 25 feet deep foundation resulting in very stable structure.
- The plant has two gates and there are no obstacles for vehicles to enter from Gate NO1 and to exit from Gate No 2.
- The plant is designed as per the norms of fire department of G.I.D.C.
PROCESS
SAFETY
- All the vessel are equipped given pressure relief valves and rupture, discs.
- All the vessels, receivers , tanks are provided with dip pipes to prevent Generation of Static charge..
- Highly efficient cooling as the wind velocity at 70 feet height is more.
- Other safety measures such as Copper Jumpers for Flanges, Flame Arrestors on vents & Nitrogen Anitisation are also taken.
FIRE
SAFETY
- 2280 LPM @75 meter head fire hydrant facility with mechanical foam spray.
- 2,50,000 Ltr. underground water storage tank dedicated for fire fighting with slab load bearing capacity of 16 ton's.
- We have sufficient no. of Fire extinguishers of different types such as ABC , DCP , MECHANICAL FOAM , CO2 , etc.
ELECTRICAL
SAFETY
- All electrical equipments are flameproof.
- Separate earth pits for plant , electrical panel , DG set , tanks , tankers loading , unloading and drum filling.
- All the cable goes through cable trays.
